Carl A. Grubb, Esq. is an entrepreneurial, creative, innovative attorney, realtor and businessman with extensive legal and business experience. Mr. Grubb founded his own legal practice in June 1984, is the founding shareholder of Grubb Law Office, Inc. and has established a stellar reputation amongst his peers and clients as an analytical, detail-driven, and innovative problem solver. He continues to prove quality transactional legal services and counseling to his business, real estate, health care and estate planning clients. He has assisted numerous companies and their founders to navigate the uncertain terrane of the start-up environment. Mr. Grubb has also co-founded and

operated a compounding pharmacy, an e-Commerce marketing and advertising company and an innovative medical products concern with other entrepreneurs. These experiences, coupled with his legal expertise, allows Carl to offer his clients the highest levels of excellence in his practice areas as a counselor and advisor.

Mr. Grubb received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University – Pomona. In 1980, he moved to San Diego to study law at the University of San Diego where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1983. Mr. Grubb furthered his formal education at San Diego State University by completing his MBA studies and receiving his MBA Degree with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate in 1989.

Mr. Grubb is passionate about being of service to others through his professional and charitable endeavors. For the better part of 20 years, he coached youth, high school and college softball, as well as, youth baseball and football. Mr. Grubb donates his free time to various charities who serve the needs of various Tijuana and La Mission communities in Baja, Mexico
